Returns
Please inspect your order immediately! To be eligible for a refund:
- Product must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Your item must be unused and in the original sealed packaging. If your product contained multiple sealed packages within it, those packages must be sealed upon return to be eligible for full credit.
- Product must be in new condition and not have been used or installed.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Discounted items
- Items that are made to order
- Bulk items that are cut to your specifications (such as hose)
- Special order items
- Items with an expired shelf life
- Items that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, inspected, and deemed to be in satisfactory condition, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
We reserve the right to apply restocking fees or partial refunds for product that is returned outside of the return period, or is returned in a condition other than that specified in this policy.
Late or Missing Refunds
We make every attempt to process refunds within 10 working days of receiving the returned product.

Exchanges / Replacements / Damaged or Missing Items
You have 30 days from the date of sale to notify us of any incorrect, missing, or damaged items. Once 30 days from the purchase date has passed, you assume all responsibility for the products.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We are not responsible for the timely delivery, condition, or safe handling of products returned while in the care of the shipping provider you choose. Please ensure your returned product is properly packaged to protect the contents and that a responsible carrier is selected.
